Service Description
Welcome to the office of Dr. Coree Levy! Enjoy a personalized initial visit lasting close to an hour, where Dr. Levy focuses on your unique health needs. Our holistic approach focuses on personalized care and effective treatment plans tailored to meet your unique needs. Experience the difference of a results-driven practice dedicated to your health and wellness journey. Finally, something that works! We are currently accepting new patients and are pleased to work with select Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross/Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare PPO plans as Out of Network. We can bill your insurance directly or provide a superbill for your convenience. Initial visit is $225 and a portion may be covered by insurance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations / Rescheduling, must be done at www.drcoreelevy.com 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee of $100. Same day cancellations pay the full amount of $225. How to Cancel/Reschedule: 1.) Go to www.drcoreelevy.com and go to the Book Online page. 2.) Click the "login" gear in the top right corner. 3.) Access your account by entering the email address used to make your appointment. You may need to create a password. 4.) Make the changes to your appointment. Our office is not open daily so you MUST cancel electronically. You may also send a text message to 213.394.6554. Voicemail messages will not be received, and are not considered a cancellation. Getting Here: We are located at 800 W 1st St, Suite 102, in the Bunker Hill Towers, right across from Bunker Hill Market. Please ring the doorbell for entry as the door will be locked. If you are early, please be patient. Dr. Levy is either with a patient or cleaning the treatment room. Parking: Parking is located at 800 W. 1st St. You can park above through the gate (let them know you are here to see Dr. Levy) or follow the road down the hill to the short term parking.
