A comprehensive 50-minute session with Dr. Levy designed to address multiple health or wellness concerns in a single visit. This deep-dive appointment allows for thorough evaluation and a personalized care plan tailored to your specific needs. $270 per session.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations / Rescheduling, must be done at www.drcoreelevy.com 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee, and 48 hours before appointment for after hours appointments (those not on the website) and extended appointments. Cancellation fee is $50 for a follow up appointment, $100 for new patients and extended appointments. Same day cancellations will pay the full amount of the visit. How to Cancel/Reschedule: 1.) Go to www.drcoreelevy.com and go to the Book Online page. 2.) Click the "login" gear in the top right corner. 3.) Access your account by entering the email address used to make your appointment. You may need to create a password. 4.) Make the changes to your appointment. Our office is not open daily so you MUST cancel electronically. You may also send a text message to 213.394.6554. Voicemail messages will not be received, and are not considered a cancellation.
