Cancellation Policy
Cancellations / Rescheduling, must be done at www.drcoreelevy.com 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee of $100. Any same day cancellations or less than 24 hours will pay the full amount of $185. How to Cancel/Reschedule: 1.) Go to www.drcoreelevy.com and go to the Book Online page. 2.) Click the "login" gear in the top right corner. 3.) Access your account by entering the email address used to make your appointment. You may need to create a password. 4.) Make the changes to your appointment. Our office is not open daily so you MUST cancel electronically. You may also send a text message to 213.394.6554. Voicemail messages will not be received, and are not considered a cancellation.
